· Manage and cultivate relationship with key Account CCTV Customers (mainly SI, Big Installers)
· Complete annual sales target and evaluation of gross profit margin
· Support customers relationship during pre and post sales phases.
· Uncover and monitor the progress of opportunities through to commit and win stages.
· Provide first line contact to customers during their design phase including system integration, big installers.
· Be the interface with Sales teams to provide relevant responses to KA.
· Gather and synthesize customer inputs to impact new product development.
· Increase the market share in existing customer through more projects.
· Build high level relationships within relevant customers in key departments.
· Provide a strategy for each key account to achieve the revenue goal and build the strategic corporate relationship.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Proven knowledge related to video surveillance and CCTV industry.
· 5 years experienced in key account sales in CCTV industry.
· Rich in High-end customers’ contacts in CCTV KA.
· Strong network in the engineering community in the areas highlighted in Spain&Portugal.
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.
· Excellent Written and verbal English and Spanish.
· Flexible to undertake business travel over around Spain&Portugal.
· Self-starter with ability to work remotely with little supervision.
