Technical Suport Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer you will work with customers to resolve technical issues and provide training sessions regarding our proprietary products.


1. Introduce products and features to the Customer, help customer to select and configure products.

2. Help Customer solve technical problems;

3. Understand and consolidate customer requirement about products, feedback to product department for product improvement;

4. Cooperate with sales staff, analysis of the practical needs of customers, provide solutions for customer and improve customer satisfaction;

5. According to the project requirement and tender, provide the project solution and make the project fall to the ground. Cooperate with sales deal with different project progress and handle the project status, forecast project risk and provide  the best solution;

6. Training for Customers, helps them know more about Dahua product and improve technology knowledge;

7. Cooperate with the Marketing, for Dahua, propaganda Dahua technology and concept to the customer, help customers to better understand Dahua and Dahua Products, at the same time get more feedback from the market.

Job Requirements

1. Network, communications, computers and other related fields;

2. Familiar with OFFICE software, know sniffers, NCOM caught, such as commonly used network serial port caught tools;

3. More than 2 years’ related experience.
