    Dahua Technology, the leading global manufacturer of video surveillance solutions, is seeking a Human Resource Supervisor to join its growing marketing team in Irvine, CA.  (Location can be Boston as well)

    We are currently seeking an HR Supervisor to provide tactical and strategic human resources support to the company. The HR supervisor will play the role as the leader of HR team. Responsibilities include recruitment, driving employee engagement, and supporting our fast paced organization growth.

    · Strategize talent acquisition, assessment, development, and retention

    · Supervise HR processes including talent development, performance management, and compensation planning

    · Build a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations

    · Introduce infrastructure, system and tools to drive organizational effectiveness

    · Establish and implement short-term and long-term strategies to drive business profitable growth and results

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organization development or a related discipline

    • Minimum of5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Surveillance, Tech industry
