Administrative Assistant

An essential role in day-to-day work/process of basic office functions.


Job Description

Main tasks:

1.       Responsible for office admin, affairs and office regulation implementation;

2.       Responsible for handling the reception work to the clients;

3.       Communicate and handle affairs related to public services, government authority, etc.;

4.       Manage and maintain essential office documents, office facility, fixed assets like cars;

5.       Responsible for translation works if needed;

6.       Purchase of petty supplies and minor services;

7.       Assisting other employees with various administrative matters like expense reimbursement, travel arrangement, and etc.

8.       Other job task assigned by the manager


1. Responsible for office admin - 30%;

2. Customer reception - 20%;

3. Managing and maintenance of fixed assets – 20%;

4. Administering petty office affairs - 20%

5. Other task assigned by manager – 10%;

Job Requirements

1. No less than 2 years working experience;

2. Bachelor’s degree;

3. Good command of both Serbian and English in written and oral;

4. Fluent in operation of computer including MS Office;
